Why we are different

We are not a supplier, we are a consultancy. That means we are completely independent.

We’re not trying to sell you RPO services, we don’t want to place candidates in your business, we don’t own an ATS and we haven’t the faintest idea how to build a website. However, we do know an awful lot about all aspects of recruitment, from employer branding and candidate engagement, to recruitment systems, to assessment and development, and the associated operational and commercial pitfalls and challenges associated with all of these things.

Our advice is totally impartial. Yes, we know all the suppliers out there, and we also know what the greatest challenges and opportunities are within the talent acquisition landscape, but we only want one thing: to help you, whatever your specific challenges, to become more effective.

Oh, and we’re very nice people to work with. But we would say that, wouldn’t we…?
